Evan North
Founding Attorney
"I partnered with Evan on a complex, challenging case. He's uncommonly thoughtful, sharp, and truly more than just an attorney—he's a strategic business partner.
He has my absolute highest recommendation."
- Josh Tetrick, CEO, Eat Just
Evan North is a sophisticated litigator whose practice focuses on class actions, complex litigation, and government investigations, with an emphasis on consumer protection and antitrust matters. He has litigated on both sides of the “v.” in matters involving significant financial exposure and regulatory scrutiny.

Before founding his firm, North practiced at Boies Schiller Flexner, the powerhouse litigation firm, where he prosecuted and defended nationwide class actions and other complex disputes. He later practiced at DLA Piper, one of the largest law firms in the world, representing technology companies, financial institutions, and multinational corporations facing class actions and parallel government investigations by federal regulators.
North founded this firm to bring the rigor, sophistication, and strategic judgment of the world’s leading law firms to individuals and small businesses facing complex disputes against well-resourced opponents — when it matters most.

North also serves as Of Counsel to Wade Kilpela Slade. He began his legal career as a law clerk to Judge Mary Beck Briscoe of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Before attending law school, he was selected for Teach For America and taught elementary school in the South Bronx, New York.
